Yes, ba...Wow, I didn't know that about you, Jimmy! Yes, bathroom breaks are tough. My students are always asking to go to the bathroom, and it's so hard to keep myself from saying "Hey, if I have to hold it, then you have to hold it." I'm finding that eating and bathroom breaks have to be strategically planned. Actually, someone told me recently that teachers have a very high UTI rate because of the no-bathroom-break issue. Interesting.Breadless MrsBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06931845795333547497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17901188.post-21720975692639302652007-08-22T18:57:00.000-04:002007-08-22T18:57:00.000-04:00I was a substitute teacher a couple of years befor...I was a substitute teacher a couple of years before I started low-carb. I couldn't wait for my free period to EAT and then after school. It's hard...that and having to go to the bathroom. :-~Jimmy Moorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08590225257991702645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17901188.post-73024285075929757012007-08-20T19:27:00.000-04:002007-08-20T19:27:00.000-04:00Thank you, thank you, Jimmy - you're always so goo...Thank you, thank you, Jimmy - you're always so good with the encouragement!! And YES - SMALL WORLD!!

I've once again revamped my eating/exercise strategies BECAUSE OF my new teaching job. I'd be MISERABLE right now if I weren't eating well. I've got to have energy all day, and that just SO DOES NOT HAPPEN when I've fallen off the wagon (as we all know, high carb = low/no energy in the long run). Plus, I did NOT expect the schedule change, eating-wise. I discovered that I have about 15 minutes during the day to wolf down lunch 'cause I can't be eating in front of the kids if I expect them to have no food. No time for snacks of any kind. So I'm really doing my best to take care of myself - making sure I have lunches that can be quickly eaten in between periods and right after school. That's the latest with me!! Who knew?! So much I never thought about before that a teacher goes through!Breadless MrsBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06931845795333547497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17901188.post-761518327779838202007-08-19T16:34:00.000-04:002007-08-19T16:34:00.000-04:00Mission accomplished, Mrs. B! CONGRATS!

Hmmmm, you love football, hate stupid names parents give their kids, LOVE tennis (Nadal is gonna beat Federer one of these days in a Grand Slam event!), enjoy dark chocolate, have to have the ceiling fan on when you sleep, was in the band in high school, and ain't picky with your food.

Believe it or not, every single one of those facts is true about me, too! Small world.

Welcome back and be sure to keep posting when you can. I'd love to see you sharing your weight loss progress at "30-In-30" again, too! :DJimmy Moorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08590225257991702645noreply@blogger.com
